Dear Sir/Madam,
	 I am working as software Professional in HCL, chennai, India. I am
also a professional web developer. I would like to volunteer for w3c to
translate both HTML 4.01, XHTML and XML in TELUGU, One of the popular indian
Languages which is more prominent in Andhra Pradesh State. I would follow
your guidelines and accept the terms and conditions. Kindly offer permission
to do.
