Hi!

I'd like to start the German translation of "Ruby Annotation" 
(<http://www.w3.org/TR/Ruby/>). The translation will be UTF-8 encoded, other 
encodings will follow after a while.

If there's any German translation of "Ruby Annotation" in progress, please 
let me know. Otherwise I'll start translating it.
