Translate a specification

Hi,

	I want to translate XML-Signature Syntax and Processing
(W3C Working Draft 01-June-2000) into Chinese, and I have read the FAQ
and notice in W3C about translate W3C specification into other laugnage,
here is the detail about the specification :
