French translation possible of document?

Hi!
I'm thinking I'd like to now try to translate into French,
"Internationalization Best Practices: Specifying Language in XHTML & HTML 
Content."

It's a working draft.
I think the most current version of the document available is at:
http://www.w3.org/TR/i18n-html-tech-lang/

But I might be wrong.

I checked and no one has translated it yet, nor asked to.

Would a translation of this document be a good idea?

Je pense a traduire en francais,
le document, "Internationalization Best Practices: Specifying Language in 
XHTML & HTML Content."

Il est un document en procès ou une sorte d'ébauche je crois ("working 
draft").

Je l'ai recherche et il n'y a pas de traduction.

Je crois que la version du document qui est mise a jour se trouve a:
http://www.w3.org/TR/i18n-html-tech-lang/

Mais il est possible que je me suis trompee.
