In case anyone else has missed the fact in the holiday period, the latest version (05) of the i18n Internationalization of the HyperText Markup Language proposal, released in August, specifies UCS-4, as opposed to the UCS-2 proposed in the previous (04) draft. ---- Martin Bryan, The SGML Centre, Churchdown, Glos.
