Really short end tags

Any particularly good reason why we'd want to create a non-standard short
end tag? "<>" is actually in the form of a empty start tag, which in SGML
is legal with SHORTTAG YES where in context it can be implied unambiguously.

Don't tell me -- you're trying to save a character...  :-)
