I have noticed that web access sometimes behaves oddly (not on this 
document, but to my own web site), in a way that I put down to buggy 
caching -- sometimes in my software or sometimes maybe in an Internet 
access provider's transparent proxy cache.

(Transparent HTTP proxies are evil.)
