how to widen the Primer audience

Just got some spam, starting off:

"Hello,

I have visited www.w3.org/tr/2002/wd-rdf-primer-20020319/ and noticed 
that your website is not listed on some search engines. I am sure that 
through our service the number of people who visit your website will 
definitely increase"
