road to publish concepts document

Kudos on getting the concepts document for review by the group. I've
taken an action item to follow up with you re the publication of this
work, more specifically...

ACTION: em, to to get editors of concepts to make changes outlined in
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2002Nov/0001.html and
requested and publish

Can you incorporate the above changes, let me and the group know and
I'll take it from there re publication.
