It will have absolutely no impact on RDF/XML syntax, except for the possible
mention. The primer might want a para to cover it, but that para is already
available. The MT document will have to refer to it (essentially replace
section 1.5 with a pointer to the new doc.).
The new doc is quite simple and short and can be made shorter if neccesary.
The LBase doc should not be part of rdfcore.
The big issue, that I suspect we will spend some time talking about, is
the proposal from Pat and me to do dark triples right using the concept of
reserved vocabulary. That is orthogonal to LBase.
