weekly call for agenda items

This is the usual call for agenda items for this weeks telecon.  My list of 
possibles includes:

   o approve DT's message
   o review face to face decisions
   o new RDF document outline
   o procedure for determining reserved vocabulary
   o review of soap encoding data model
   o Effect of structured literals on the model theory
