I already did that for the refactoring:

but can rearrange by issue in next versions

This was on hold till I'd got the refactoring draft out (& test cases).

We don't have test cases for it since I haven't analysed it and
proposed a resolution.  We haven't resolved it.

I can't say more without discussing the issue; with a new subject :)
