Fair enough, but I'm still wondering whether the lack
of implementation is due to (a) lack of need by the
implementor and/or (b) low use of RDF in general in
"real world" applications.

But I'll defer this issue to the wisdom of the other
group members. It's not a "show stopper" per se.
