Hi
I just noticed that the schema for exclusive canonicalization referenced
from the TR starts with blanks. Thus, some tools may interpret the xml
header as a processing instruction.
The Validator for XML Schema http://www.w3.org/2001/03/webdata/xsv complains
about that:

Warning: Misplaced xml declaration; treating as PI
in unnamed entity at line 1 char 9 of
http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/REC-xml-exc-c14n-20020718/exc-c14n.xsd

Regards, micha
