An error

Hi!

I would like to report an error on:

http://www.w3.org/TR/xmldsig-core/#sec-MessageDigests

It is written that base64 encoding of a SHA-1 digest is a string of 
20-octets. It is a 28-octets long string. (160 bits / 6 bits rounded up 
+ 1 for '=')
