all the rendered namespace nodes". Similiarly for the next item "6. 
After the recursion returns" should be "5. After the recursion returns".
2. Section 5.1 Target Context
 <Bar/><Foo/></Bar> should be <Bar><Foo/></Bar>
 <Baz xmlns="..."/><Foo/></Baz> should be <Baz xmlns="..."><Foo/></Baz>
