We have updated XML Security Suite at 20 January.  It contains
new ASN.1/XML Translator.

Changes in the XML-Signature implementation:
o Changed an element name, ObjectReference -> Reference
o Modified some URIs like /1999/11/ -> /2000/01/

It can not process XPath/XPointer/XSLT transforms yet.
