Hiroshi Maruyama of the IBM Tokyo Research Laboratory is providing IBM XML canonicalization code. It is now availabe at <ftp://ftp.pothole.com/pub/xmldsig/c14n.tar.gz> and requires XML Parser for Java 2.0 and XML Security Suite, both available from the IBM alphaWorks site <http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com>.
