This seems like this concern affects HTTP servers in general and, although
WebDAV may exacerbate the problem, we certainly cannot include every concern in
this category and are unlikely to say anything new in this regard. My preference
would be to say nothing, but if we absolutely must include this subsection, then
we should have a brief discussion of the language. My intuition is that we can
say everything that needs to be said much more concisely than the current text...

Cullen has volunteered to propose alternate text if desired.
