This is no longer an issue, as anonymous access to resources must be supported.
The real issue is whether the principle which took out the lock was
authenticated or not. If the principle was authenticated, then subsequent use of
the lock token must also be done by the same authenticated principle (the lock
owner). Otherwise not.

Discussion of this issue is related to that of issue #133, LOCK_SEMANTICS.
