This appears to be the same as issue #60 (If header evaluation when?) A
resolution to this issue was suggested earlier today. Specifically, Lock-Token
is used to submit the lock token with UNLOCK, If headers should be evaluated as
condition headers if present, and a note was made that this is, in fact,
inconsistent with other places in the specification.
