8.9.2, Copy for properties
"If a property cannot be copied live, then its value MUST be duplicated,
octet-for-octet, in an identically named, dead property on the destination
resource."
No! That would be a desaster. Make this "SHOULD NOT". Otherwise clients will see
the dead property (such as DAV:checked-in) and make wrong assumptions about the
resource.
