python webdav server on sandbox.parc.xerox.com:8080 restarted

Since Jim Davis went off on new adventures, I am trying to take
care of his pyDav. Among other things, I restarted the test server
running at http://sandbox.parc.xerox.com:8080. Please let me know
if you have any problems, and I'll see what I can do.
