New interim collections requirements draft

A new, interim revision of the Advanced Collections requirements draft is
now available off the WebDAV web site, at:

http://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/webdav/collection/dt/CollReqts031.txt

A change history is available at:

http://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/webdav/collection/dt/ReqtHistory.txt

Although these documents are primarily for the use of participants in the
advanced collections conference calls, comments on these, or any WebDAV
drafts are welcome on the mailing list.
