Formatted variant of -08 draft now available

A nicely formatted variant of draft-ietf-webdav-protocol-08 is now 
available in PDF format at:

It's also available from the WebDAV home page:

http://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/webdav/

Note that in all cases the text variant of the draft is always 
authoritative.  In the event of any discrepancies between the text variant 
and other variants, the text variant is always correct.
