New spec. revision available

A new version of the WEBDAV draft protocol specification is now available.
This is revision v0.6, January 23, 1997.

This version is available at:

Major changes from v0.5:
  - Section 6 on locking has been completely replaced.  It now reflects the
views of the Design Team.
  - Formatting changes
  - Link introduction modified.

Many thanks to Del Jensen, our intrepid document editor, for his work in
formatting this document and collecting the various snippets of text
submitted by the authors over the past several days.
