archive of uri@bunip.com now available at w3.org

I notice that Ron Daniel's archive only goes to 1996:

Rather than ask Ron to do more thankless work... (;-)

We're now hosting an archive of uri@bunip.com at:
	http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/uri/
messages are added to the archive as soon as
they arrive at w3.org.

I expect to offer this service indefinitely; we'll
give at least a month's notice before we take it down.

It goes from 1994 to present; maybe we'll put the older
stuff there too eventually.
