There are several BIDI marks. Their problem is that they don't
get transcribed well on paper :-(.

Some nonspacing marks will have to be allowed in some contexts.
An example is the ZWNJ (zero width non-joiner), which is needed
for writing Persian, and which works in this context. Others
have to be examined carefully, but disallowed or strongly
discouraged in most cases.
