The URI working group has reached consensus on the documents:

	draft-ietf-uri-relative-url-06.txt
	draft-ietf-uri-url-finger-02.txt
	draft-ietf-uri-url-mailserver-01.txt

and recommends that the Apps/USV area director(s) submit them for IESG
Review and Approval to become Proposed Standards.

I hope this is the right form of address to initiate the standards
process.
