The 12th EnCKompass Workshop will be jointly hosted by Professor Albert Angehrn, the Alcatel Chair of Net Economy and e-Management, Professor of Information Systems, Director, Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies, INSEAD, Dr Claudine Toffolon and Dr Salem Dakhli Paris-Dauphine Université, Centre d'Études et Rechercher en Informatique Applique, Department of Decision Support Systems & Sciences.
All papers to be presented at the conference will subsequently be considered for publication in a forthcoming internationally refereed special issue on the theme of  Systems for Agent Creativity and Knowledge Integration.  For this event the Programme Committee encourages the presentation of research work in parallel sessions under the following three mini-tracks:

1) Epistemology, ontologies, models and metrics for sustainable distributed organisations:

·        Heterogeneous models of knowledge acquisition, knowledge production, co-generation, co-visualisation, co-interpretation, co-reflection and co-learning;

·        The architecting of ecologies, spaces and structures for shared representation, organisational memories, multi-logue knowledge integration;

·         Phenomenology in global organisations, shared ontologies, trust and confidence models, critical innovative value proposition and audit;  

2) Systems to facilitate collaborative enquiry, opportunistic learning, scalable social simulation, navigation and negotiation within communities online: 

·        Frameworks for cost-effective e-content creation, e-content management and personalisation in e/m-Learning, e/m-Commerce and e-Government applications;

·        Context-aware user-led unobtrusive behaviour modelling; zero-latency mobile personalisation standards and infrastructures; individual and group preferences resolution and class-adaptation of e-content/e-services;

·        Frameworks to facilitate electronic Customer Managed Relationships (eCMR), and, Customer Relationship Management (eCRM), meta-models for eCMR/CRM online and cross-channel;

3) Multi-agent relationship understanding and models for socially robust boundary systems and interface logics:

·         Multiple-accountability distributed cooperative environments;

·         Trusted and attentive media environments;

·         Emergent patterns of applications e-sourcing and web-of-services deployment.
