I am in the process of publishing a couple of ReSpec based documents
(today), and there are apparently issues with the CSS. Is the ReSpec
CSS actually violating pubrules, or is it broken, or is there some
special incantation I can use that means 'its fine - leave me alone' ?

I could use an answer to this ASAP.
