That is indeed the source of the issue, but clearing the cache and power cycling the browser is a bit brutal! The simplest is probably to navigate to the over-cached resource (in this case http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/ReSpec.js/bibref/biblio.js) and hit reload there. -- Robin Berjon - http://berjon.com/
