W3C Manual of Style: references

It seems the document violates section 7.4 of the same document by having  
references to [COPYRIGHT1], [COPYRIGHT2], [HOW-TO], [XHTML1] and [WEBDATA]  
which are not mentioned in the document. Of course, the document is  
non-normative... :-)
