Configuring EPUB Validator to work on my computer.

Good Morning,

I am in the UK and trying to configure EPUB Validator to work on my computer.  

I have both tried to use it online and download it.  

I managed to use it online once and it worked once then stopped wanting to connect with my computer.   Now Epub Validator will not connect with my computer and I am going all round the houses so to speak trying to find some way in to it. 

I have also managed to download EPub Validator 4.0.2 but it will not open and give me the normal screen to access it. 

Can someone get back to me about this?   Thank you.
