HTML5 logo for commercial use on merchandise

Hi,

So if I'm reading this correctly, I am free to use this even for commercial
use (shirts, stickers, mugs) as long as I attribute its usage?


Does this have to be on the same page where the product sold is located? or
can it be included in one page where all the licenses are listed
(everything will be under one domain anyway).
