I was reading the updated 508 sections of the CFR and noticed it provided a broken link to your site. The link contains includes a space after https://www.w3.org/ <https://www.w3.org/> and before “TR/…”.
I attached a screenshot of the typo and also provided a copy of the image below. In the image I highlighted the URL and marked a red line where the typo space appears. I’m not sure if you can have the CFR text edited but I at least wanted to let you know of the issue. Anyone who clicks that URL is routed to the https://www.w3.org <https://www.w3.org/> page and not the page containing WCAG 1.0 Guidelines.
