Hi Jim, I went to the site looking for the poll plug-in but then recalled that in December 2013 we stopped using it because it had not been updated and was no longer compatible with our setup. I just checked and found conflicting information on the CG infrastructure page for CGs [1]. I did find a note about discontinuing the plugin, but I also found other mentions of polls which suggested they were still being used. I apologize for that confusion. I have updated the page. Right now we are recommending the use of third-party software for polls, such as polldaddy.com. I welcome additional input on poll plugins for WP, but I would need to ensure that they are compatible with our setup.
