Dear W3C,

As the chairs of the Open Annotation community group, we would like to be able to have a stable namespace for our work. As there are several projects contributing, we do not want to promote any of those namespaces in particular.
Is it thus possible to have a w3.org namespace within the community group structure, that we can expect to be persistent regardless of if and when the community group completes its business?

Many thanks,

Robert Sanderson, Paolo Ciccarese
