The copyright markup use https: links but they redirect to http: for me.  
Maybe change to http:?

The FSA copyright markup says <a  
href="https://www.w3.org/community/about/agreements/fsa/">W3C Community  
Final Specification Agreement (FSA)</a> but that link redirects to  
fsa-deed/ for me. I guess final/ was intended?
