Broken link in W3C TR Note

Dear W3C Team,

I know this is an old spec, but it contains a broken link and thought that I'd let you know anyway.

The spec is "Simple Tree Transformation Sheets 3":

The "This Version" link is broken: it contains a trailing slash when the URI in question is actually an '.html' file. The link should be:
http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/NOTE-STTS3-19981111
