Appreciate the detailed reply Ian, it sounds very sensible.

We discussed it on this week's call and it sounds fine.  The group
is also preparing for a workshop at 2012 and has reserved domain
declarative3d.org in case anything else is needed later; their plan
is to link it to the community group site directly in the meantime.

As you recommend and as needed, we'll use
	site-comments@w3.org
	sysreq@w3.org
