W3C is a registered trademark and thus having it in domain name that relates to work that W3C does but that is not a W3C property is problematic.

For the moment, your site seems only to call the W3C validator and to use W3C's name (e.g,. title of your page is "W3C HTML Validator" even though your site is not the W3C validator).

I would need to understand better what you wish to accomplish in order to grant permissions to use the logo.

For the moment, the W3C trademark is not being used in a way that I can support.
