I will make the changes you requested.  However, note that these are NOT 
syntax errors.  This is an SGML DTD, not an XML DTD.  SGML DTDs are 
permitted to omit the semi-colon.  These DTDs work correctly when used 
in validation engines that parse SGML DTDs.
