favicon.ico broken for the whole site

Hi site-comments,

the W3C specs don't give favicons (so it's usually difficult to identify
them among tabs I open) and I was trying to understand the problem. It
turns out that favicon.ico for the whole w3.org site[1] is broken.

If it's possible, please also add favicon.ico for dev.w3.org and
dvcs.w3.org . Thanks!
