Community group mailing list broken?

I joined the Accessible Infographics community group yesterday. It is my understanding that I should have been subscribed to all four mailing lists associated with the group.

About four hours ago, I sent the email below to the public list. It has not shown up in my inbox and I do not see it on the public list archive at this url:
