[W3C CG] participants and nominating

Hello,
i'v received the following mail but can't
see the Vrije Universiteit actually anywhere (looked in
http://www.w3.org/community/ar/participants ),
i guess it could be on http://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/48785/change
but i can't access to this page due to password restriction, i guess,

Is this meant to be like this?
How can i become a power-member?

PS: also i can't access due to the same problem -- to the link in
profile that states something for pictures.
+1 for an ability to make a multiple chairs! I'll try to post later a
conclusion on Drumbeat/W3C CG's
