Question on IP range for w3

I need to open a firewall from an application server to http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml 
.   Pinging the address several times brings back different IPís in  
the 128.30.52 range  Could I get the full IP range that this URL uses  
so I can open the correct range in our firewall?
