Is this a misspelling in your published SOAP Encoding Schema?

Under the <xs:documentation> tag near the top of the document...
"...should be empty iff the href attribute..."

If I'm reading this correctly as a natural English statement,  
shouldn't 'iff' be spelled 'if'?  Just curious.
