HTTP Reference page issue

Hello.

At
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec4.html#sec4.5
where it says

message being transmitted.

       general-header = Cache-Control ; Section 14.9
                      | Connection ; Section 14.10
                      | Date ; Section 14.18
                      | Pragma ; Section 14.32
                      | ...

The texts "14.10", "14.18", "14.32" and so onward are links to the
corresponding section, but not the very first: "14.9".

Also this happens at
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec5.html#sec5 with "5.1"
and "9.2"
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec6.html#sec6 with "6.1"
and possibly at other sections.

I think this is not intended so it would be bug/typo. Can you please
fix it?

Thank you.
