Hi Nick,

I'm tempted to not add it there, but instead ensure it's available in  
the "voice" portions of the
new site, including:
  http://beta.w3.org/standards/webofdevices/voice.html

and
  http://beta.w3.org/standards/webofdevices/

We don't plan to include every spec in the site index.
